This enables you to return to the site and finish an assessment if it could not be completed in one session. As such, you should choose a user name that you are likely to remember. This information is used only to provide you with access to your information on this site.
If you choose to provide your name and phone number by submitting the "Contact Focus on Energy Form", they will be used only by representatives of Focus on Energy to contact you and discuss your situation in further detail in order to provide you with information about ways that you may benefit from energy-saving measures or Focus on Energy programs. Once you provide this information to Focus on Energy, we plan to use any information you submitted via the assessment worksheets to serve you better.
